Latin Superman

Hey guys! Since the end of summer is near, I decided to post a more Fall friendly outfit post! I really liked this whole military/preppy look. Whenever I dress preppy I try to channel my inner Clark Kent, I decided to show a little more of that with this obvious Superman tribute! I also wanted to say that I'll soon be posting some back to school looks soon so stay tuned!

The Right Side Of The Tracks

Hey guys! So I was out and about and decided that I'd make a quick post for you! As I was taking these pics I kept thinking of the old saying "He's from the wrong side of the tracks" and I realized that if that saying were still around that it would not be used for me. I think I'm too big of a dork to be considered a "bad boy". Irregardless, here I am, on the wrong side of the tracks for your photo viewing enjoyment!:)

Usagi Tsukino!

Hello lovely people! So today's look is very much inspired by the lovely Sailor Moon! Sailor moon is one of the cartoons that I grew up watching and I try to pay tribute to her in as many ways as I can because I have a lot of memories that involve Sailor moon from my early years (that and The Little Mermaid).  I decided I'd wear the DIY heart vest that I made a few summers ago for my Sailor moon tribute since Usagi was always so fond of hearts! I was a dork through out most of these photos but enjoy!:)

Yarn Paintings

Hi Y'all! So I like to do a lot of DIY projects on my spare time for fun. I also think its good to know how to do your own projects for when you live on your own as a way to make your house a home without spending big bucks, and still having fun and having a creative outlet! The project below incorporates both acrylic and yarn:)

(What you'll need)

1. Canvas
2. Acrylic paint of your choice
3. Yarn of your choice
4. Masking or paper tape
5. A hot glue gun or your choice of craft glue
6. A sponge brush

Step 1: The first thing you need to do is use your masking tape to make shapes on your Canvas board until satisfied.

Step 2: Use your sponge brush to paint in the shapes you made with the paper tape.

Step 3: Wait sometime after you've fully coated all of the shapes made with the paper tape so the paint has time to dry.

Step 4: After all sections are dry; begin to gently remove all paper tape from canvas.

(Your Canvas should now look something like this)

Step 5: This step is an additional step that you can add in if you'd like. I decided to outline my shapes in black because a few of my shapes turned out messy but if your lines turn out clean, feel free to leave it that way.

Step 6: Let black paint dry before next step if you decided to use step 5.

Step 7: For the last step take your yarn and spell out a word that you'd like on the canvas or shape and glue it down with your hot glue gun/craft glue.

Once you've finished up, just hang it where you please and enjoy your new one of a kind art!:)

Fun with Suspenders

Hello loves! So I realized after taking these photos that I actually look very drowsy/tired. I apologize for that because I try to stay as focused as I can during photos but of well! Anyhow, I picked up these suspenders a little while back and I really dig them! They're a very fun touch to any outfit, especially if your going for something a bit more dapper. I also very much enjoyed these chino pants. I don't usually like wearing chinos because I find them very unflattering, but I do appreciate how these made my butt look !:)

Pigeons 4 Lyfe

(Me being silly and showing you guys a pose that was actually asked of me by the photographers at my school for senior pictures!)

Hiya! The look I'm wearing in these photos was actually one that I'm quite fond of (not that I don't like all my other looks haha). I really liked how preppy it was and I especially loved the colors considering I have a thing for pale soft colors. I also decided I'd do stripes on stripes to make the illusion I'm actually taller that what I am! I also got my hair cut quite recently as you can see from the pics haha, I also snuck in a pic of my sister Bianca who took the photos for me:)
